
Cocalero de Altura is a truly unique spirit that represents the diversity of South American flavors and culture. Over 20 locally sourced botanicals are married together in artisanal copper pot stills then rested for a minimum of 30 days, this allows the spirit to balance and reach perfection.
Distilling at high altitude offers many benefits, most importantly the lower boiling point for alcohol at 70 degrees celsius allows for a much gentler reaction between the botanicals and the spirit.
Cocalero served over ice in a highball glass topped up with premium tonic water and finished with a slice of lime.
